Swan Valley Stampeders Regular Season Record: 22-13-4-1. PP: 19.2% (7th) PK: 77.1% (10th) Rank: 3rd in the MGEU West Division, 6th in MJHL

Tonight’s Matchup: vs the Blues: The Stampeders are riding a four-game point streak into tonight’s contest in Winnipeg. Swan Valley has gone 4-5-1 in their last 10 games, scoring 34 goals while giving up 30 during that span. The Stampeders can be their own enemy at times taking bad penalties at inopportune times. The Stampeders will need a full team effort and will need to stay out of the penalty box against a team that can score. Two points tonight will keep them in the mix atop the jumbled up MGEU West Division.
Last Game: 7-4 win over OCN: The Stampeders used a five goal second period to help propel them to victory Tuesday night in OCN. The Blizzard made things very interesting in the third period, scoring three straight goals to make it a 5-4 game. Two local Stampeders added back-to-back empty net goals to defeat the Blizzard 7-4, their first win against OCN this season. Kobe Grant stopped 49/53 shots he faced to claim his 15th win of the season.
